Now Hiring United Soccer Head Coach Lead BAYS youth travel teams in fall and spring. Friday practices, Saturday games, and a focus on player development.
Hill House is seeking experienced and enthusiastic soccer coaches to lead youth travel soccer teams competing in the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league. This role is ideal for coaches interested in the long-term development of players across multiple seasons.
Schedule & Season Details
- Practices: Fridays, 5:30–6:55 PM at Teddy Ebersol's Red Sox Fields
- Games: Saturdays (times vary), held locally in Greater Boston
- Fall season: September–November (10 weeks)
- Spring season: April–June (10 weeks)
- Some teams also participate in winter futsal
Compensation & Time Commitment
- Starting at $40/hour
- 3 to 5 hours per week, with more possible for qualified coaches
