Fitness & Conditioning (Ages 7-12)
Fitness & Conditioning is an athletic enrichment program that works with the previously established fundamentals of running and refines each participant's coordination and skill; building upon athletic ability and confidence. The program is taught by two NCAA athletes with strong backgrounds in strength and conditioning. The Fitness program promotes athletic growth through drills, games and activities. All activities are taught within the context of soccer, baseball and other high-impact sports. Take advantage of your child's natural tendency to be active and playful and allow the Fitness & Conditioning program to build their physical fitness, coordination and self-esteem. Offered: Winter
